Thomas Kenneth Ford was born August 2, 1890 in York County, Ontario, the son of George Ford and Bertha Weber.
In 1891 the family lived in West York.
At the time of the 1901 and 1911 censuses, the family was identified as living in Ryerson Twp. on Lot 30, Concession 10. (Midlothian) Thomas Kenneth was identified as a farm labourer.
In 1916, Thomas was identified as living in North Battleford.
Thomas Kenneth enlisted December 2, 1915 in North Battleford. He identified that he was a labourer and that his next of kin was his mother who he identified as living in Burks Falls.
Thomas Kenneth Ford arrived in England on October 19, 1916 on the S.S. Olympic with the 188th Battalion.
In November he was transferred to the46th Battalion in France.
On May 5, 1917 he was killed in action.
